You could go to war with anyone and still make tons of money. No consequences for your business venture
I'm not sure what the symbol o the city being under siege looks like. I'll remember to look out or that and compare. I was actually thinking that is what it was, but I didn't get the circle notifications at right side of the screen, telling me the city was under siege. Also, since I thought that is what this symbol meant, I went over to the city.
